Welcome to Limmud FSU Canada 2018 – Israel@70! Over 30 volunteers and 50 presenters are waiting to meet you on November 9th, 2018 at Blue Mountain Resort in Collingwood!
In order to make your Limmud experience the best it can be, please review the logistical information below;
Exact address of the conference centre where all the sessions will take place (located in the resort): Blue Mountain Village Conference Centre, 242 Jose Weider Blvd, Blue Mountains

Registration begins at 2:30 PM & Hotel Check-In at 4 PM: Your first stop is the Blue Mountain Village Conference Centre, Second Floor Level-Mezzanine – Petun Room Foyer, where you will register for the conference, get your room allocation and your Limmud bag with all the materials. Your ID badge will be included in the bag as well. You must wear it at all times while at the conference centre.
Accommodations: Please bring a credit card for incidentals. It is required by the hotel at the time of check in.
Parking: Outdoor parking is free, underground parking is available for a fee
Hotel Check-out Time: 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 11th
The conference begins with Shabbat Candle Lighting, followed by “What is Limmud” Introductory session and Opening Ceremony. The conference ends with the closing ceremony:

This year we are proud to introduce the conference App, Attendify, where you can check the schedule, presenter bios, session topics and descriptions, see last minute changes (Saturday night and Sunday only), communicate with other participants and do many other things.
In your Google Play or Apple Store search for Attendify application. Once installed, search for the event “Limmud FSU Canada 2018” and join.
Gala Concert and Dinner
On Saturday evening, we will host a celebratory gala featuring dignitary speeches, musical entertainment and a 3-course sit-down dinner.
The gala will begin promptly at 6:45 PM and we encourage you to arrive in festive attire. And don’t forget to pack your dancing shoes for the after Gala party with the JUMPLE band!
Remember to bring cash with you in order to participate in the annual 50/50 raffle!
- For your convenience, we have set up a dedicated room with 6 round tables where you have an opportunity to interact with presenters in an informal setting after the session is finished
- The location of the Info Café will be Petun IV room where coffee, tea and light refreshments will be offered. Please refer to program schedule to view the available info-café timeslots
- Volunteers will be available to direct you to the Info Café immediately after the session
